CALLING ALL SIZE 7.5 FEET!

Ladies with size 7 1/2 feet... you are SO IN LUCK!! I received a hot tip yesterday due to the good fortune of having a roommate almost as obsessed with thrifting as myself.... TONS of vintage size 7.5 shoes... unworn with store tags still attached! All mid-seventies to early eighties. Amazing. I rushed to the secret location immediately and bought everything I could. I guesstimate I brought home around 60 pairs! All will be going up in the shop over the course of the next week. You lucky, lucky size 7.5 girls, you!

Not too shabby, eh????! Now get shopping!!! :)

My god where comes your genes???

I stumbled across this video on YouTube today...

A few things I love about this video:
1. That teenage girl is SO adorable and confident!
2. All those boys are WAY shorter than her.
3. None of the boys have any clue how to respond.
4. Everyone is awkward and geeky.

This hilarious comment was under the video:
"Mine would be like this: "Do you know where you're accent come from?? Is beautiful!!"
or "My god where comes your genes??"
or "I would join you to shopping!!!!

You know they like shopping!!!"

Pretty clever, dude!!! I don't even have to sarcastically ask if you thought those ones up yourself!

I was obsessed with pick up lines in high school, too. I used to carry around a huge list of them that I printed out off the internet. It was a good, sneaky way to flirt with boys by showing them that list. Not that they were interested. Hmpf!

Orchids

OHHHHH, how I worship orchids... the shapes, the color palettes, the aromas.... the mystery and the sex appeal....

That being said.... Be still my beating heart!!! Are these mirrors not the most gorgeous tribute to orchids ever?? The older I get, the more I tend to unconsciously avoid mirrors. However, if I had any one of these mirrors, I'd be admiring myself every chance I got. In fact, I'd slap on some make-up and a pretty dress just to see my fragmented, smokey reflection in one of these beauties.

Ha. I'll keep avoiding mirrors for now, I guess.
