Summer Colors

Summer is a cruel mistress... she finds a way to taunt me somehow, somewhere, every single day. I woke up this morning to find Summer taunting me first thing in the form of boots that are as far from my pocketbook as Summer is from Portland.

I am usually drawn to more subdued tones when it comes to clothing, but damn if I don't love me some fancy footwear for a nice splash of color.

The cruelest part of all? These are my size... I never find shoes and boots in my size! Summer, you already left me cold and lonely four months ago... do you really have to twist the knife?
